Cheyenne Phillips was born in Wickham Hospital in the Pilbara region of Western Australia in 1999. She is the second eldest to Sheryl Hicks and father Brian Phillips. She has two sisters and four brothers. She is a Ngarluma & Yindjibarndi woman Indigenous to the Pilbara region. She has lived all over the place from the city to small mining towns before moving back home to the heart of the Pilbara. Every countryside is different, unique and full of life. I really enjoy capturing the differences of each countryside as well as the beauty it holds, especially when the seasons change. She has just started painting and learning all the different styles and is still figuring out which best suits her.
