Jabajaba Jami (Bluebell Medicine)

Jabajaba (Northern bluebells) are apart of the creation stories from when the world was soft. This plant plays an import role in Ngarluma & yindjibarndi lore and is apart of the Burungu – banaga galharra skin groups. This flower can be used as a medicine you can boil up water and and drink as a tea. It can also be used as a soak bath for sores. It’s known as a diuretic.
