Long time ago, there were seven sisters (stars), who travelled around the Pilbara all together as a family.
A Ngarluma male elder saw the seven sisters and fell in love with the eldest sister, but then fell in love with the youngest sister who was the most beautiful of the seven. All the other sisters left and the youngest sister came back to the Ngaluma Ngurra (Millstream) with the elder.
